Keeping Things "In Hand"
This is a problem that is unlikely to crop up on IGS (unless virtual
reality makes big advances ;-), but that arises surprisingly often
in real life: the rattling of stones or waving of hands over the board.
If you have ever had to face this, you know how disturbing it can be.
So the bottom line is to keep your hands to yourself, even if you have
to sit on them.
An extra benefit of not taking a stone into one's hand before having
decided where to play is that it forces players to take a brief extra
moment to consider their move, which helps avoid errors due to
lapses in attention.
Continue to "resigning".
